Prayers and condolences to the family of Ms. Scruggs. I previously did not know she had passed away. She was an incredible teacher and person and was my favorite teacher from my school days. Ms. Scruggs was my 4th grade teacher, and left such a positive impact on my life for years to come. She was a very passionate and caring individual who touched the life's of so many.
