So sad to hear of his passing. I always admired him because he was such a great police officer and person. He always drove thru Fairland, watching and making sure everything was good. He always said hello and always had a smile. So very sad seeing this news. He will be missed by so many people. Sympathies and prayers to those he left behind.

Randy was a joy to work with! Always a smile on his face with that small child giggle; always made me laugh! He will be greatly missed. RIP my friend

To Joy and family.........so sorry for your loss. Randy was a fine man and all the memories I have over the years I knew and worked with him are good ones. I still enjoy watching Randy's ICP clown takedown video. He knew how to make you laugh. He knew how to care. He knew how to protect and serve. Rest now brother. We've got it from here.
Randy will be missed by many as he touched more lives than he could ever know. I will never forget hearing his voice and listening to the story about him chasing a clown through the parking lot. Awesome guy. Died way too soon. Rest in Peace brother.
