Paul R. Haynes' Obituary
Paul R. Haynes, 42, of Miami passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Integris Miami Hospital in Miami. Paul was born on January 2, 1976 in Salina, Kansas to Gene Wilbur and Lois Arvelle (Barnes) Haynes. He graduated from Miami High School with the Class of 1994. He went on to graduate from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M and then from Northeastern State in Tahlequah. He was a member of Riverside Baptist Church where his father the pastor, he also served as a youth pastor there and filled in as pastor when his dad was not able. He worked for Grand Lake Mental Health and most recently and had began working for Liberty National Insurance. Paul was preceded in passing by his parents.
Survivors include his twin brother and sister David Alan Haynes and his wife Becky of Brighton, Colorado and Shawna Maier and her husband Bob of Miami. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews Robert Maier Jr., Jessica Ara Smith, Hannah Haynes and Daniel Haynes along with three great nieces and nephews.
Services are 2:00 PM at Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami with Reverend Marty Hughes officiating. Interment will be at a later date in Ottawa, Kansas.
