Jean was one of my favorite people ever at First Baptist. One of my favorite memories of Jean and Willard was their coming by our house in Arlington, TX several times on their way to somewhere else....but they would stop and take time to help me make their fabulous divinity. We had so much fun and I still make the Pryor's divinity recipe at Christmas. She was a very special lady and was always good at setting me straight when I was a teen hanging out at Daddy's office. ( Lots of folks at FBC liked to 'set me straight') My husband and I rarely went by Miami without stopping to check on Jean.

Jean was always smiling and a joy to visit with. We talked many times about her family and especially her husband's nephew, Virgil Pryor. She was as pretty as she was nice and a very special lady. My sincere sympathy to the family.
