Mom, you were the most extraordinary person I'll ever have the pleasure to know. You were my rock, my mother, my best friend, and my teacher. You were an outstanding grandmother to my children. We miss you everyday and it still seems like we are going to wake up and this had all been a bad dream. Thank you for EVERYTHING you did for me, Cody, and the kids. No one will ever be able to live up to you, your strength, or your ability to love your family with all your heart. If I'm lucky I will some day be half the person you were. I'm blessed to call you my mother. We love and miss you so very much. I will do as you asked of me and make sure dad is taken care of. ;)

The last time I saw Bonita was at Walmart, I thought that she looked frail but had no idea that she was ill. I went to NEO with her back in the day, and was also a part of the Norse Stars Drill Team, she was an exceptional person then and from what I have read in previous tributes, she excelled in all that she accomplished in her life! My sincere condolences to all of her family and friends.
Mom, we miss you so much. Nothing is the same here without you. Theres not a day that goes by that you are not on our minds. Hold us all a spot there in Heaven and we will one day be together again. I went to NEO A&M with Bonita and haven't seen her since 1973. I remember her so well in the Norse Stars and as a Homecoming Queen candidate - she was so pretty and so full of life! My sincere sympathy to her loving family.
