William Clifford Milligan's Obituary
William Clifford Milligan, 49, Welch, OK, passed away November 8, 2016 at Integris Miami Hospital, Miami, OK, after a sudden illness. William was born July 15, 1967 in Georgia. As a young man, he worked as a maintenance technician for Husqvarna. Later in life, he met and married Jennifer Bushers. The couple made their home in Welch where William was known for doing lawn care and always lending a helping hand. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Jennifer. He is survived by 1 daughter, Lisa Nicole Wall; 1 step-daughter, Jessica Bushers, of Taft, OK; 2 grand-daughters, Justice and Trinity Bushers of Welch; dear friends, Crystal, Todd, Bill, Stephen, and Ginger; as well as many other loving friends. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 11, 2016 at the Thomas Funeral Home, Welch. Pastor John Dorsey will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Diabetes Foundation.
