Traci Lynn Lewis' Obituary
Tracy Lynn Lewis, 57, of Welch, OK, passed away early Wednesday morning, November the 6th, 2024, at Mercy Joplin Hospital.
She was born January the 14th, 1967 in Oswego, KS to Merle Edwin Neil, Jr. and Phyllis (Mullens) Neil. She was a high school graduate. She had worked at the grocery store in Welch.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Ronnie Neil.
She is survived by a daughter, Shelby Lewis of Welch; a sister, Kerri Sayers of Welch; and a granddaughter, Luna Riley.
At this time, no services will be held.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Thomas & Chenoweth Funeral Home in Welch.
