Shirley Marie Busick's Obituary
Shirley Marie Busick, 74, of rural Parsons, KS, passed away at her home early Wednesday morning, March the 20th, 2024, after a period of declining health.
She was born December the 19th, 1949, in Welch, OK to Thomas Leon Teal and Helen Marie (Johnson) Teal. She was a high school graduate and continued her education by attending Cosmotology school. She ran her own shop in Parsons for over 20 years. She was married to Clarence Busick until his passing on September the 28th, 2009.
Shirley loved gardening, crafting, and photography. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; and a brother, Gene Thomas Teal.
She is survived by one daughter, Misty Nuckolls (Trey) of Lawrence, KS; a sister, Sharon Bozarth of Welch; and two grandchildren, Penny and Kohen Nuckolls.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, March the 25th, 2024, at the Thomas & Chenoweth Funeral Home in Welch.
