0h, Mama how I wish you were still here, but not with the pains and whatnot that you had to endure.
My Mama, always made sure we planned my summers just right to fit in all of my camps & trips out of town so I could get the most outta my summer breaks from school. I felt privileged I had the ability to have my Girl Scouts every year, my basketball, swimming, baseball, really any sport or activity I wanted to pursue she'd back me 100% and find ways to make them happy. I also had homework that i couldn't get it right for the sake of me, she found me 2 tutors. Not just 1 tutor, but 2, and together we all got it down pact. Oh, I I can still have a nightmare or two about my bugs, leaves, and flowers project, had it all ready to turn in and somehow it got eaten overnight. She stood her ground with my teacher about how it was destroyed. My grade wasn't helped by it, but my bank in Mama increased very much, none the less, thanks for all you did for me and taught me. She was able to finally, find an extra-curricular activity for Beth, and we all backed her 100%, too. Mama played softball for Freeman Hospital and Carterville Christian Church (CCC) and made sure she gave it her all and loved those experiences. She was 1st parent to volunteer for camping trips for Girl Scouts. A thing we shared was Girl Scouts, cookie sales, & school fundraisers. She was always there for us girls, Beth and myself, to go on the trips, camping for just the 3 of us, driving to Texas as kids to see family that couldn't get home as much as they'd have liked.
I got rid of annoying callers who chose to call unnecessarily at times. I was not a mild child, but Mama never gave up on me, God bless you, Mama. I love you and will miss you til my chance to see you again.
Mama, I'm sorry I wasn't the easiest child to raise, but you did an amazing job of getting me ready for the future today back then, tomorrow everyday, I am blessed to have. And she loved her 2 beautiful grandchildren FROM THE MOMENT I KNEW I WAS PREGNANT. SHE AND BETH MADE HURRIED TRIPS TO Columbia, MO FOR THEIR INDIVIDUAL BIRTHS.
THANK YOU MAMA FOR ALL OF IT WHETHER I AGREED, Didn't AGREE, OR WAS LOST ALL TOGETHER ABOUT.
One last thing Mama: Silly Sarah pull yourself together as we learned at CCC so long ago. You gave up so much starting from after her graduation from Webb City Senior High School. That means so much I was never able to share with her because I didn't know how to get it out in words.
