Roma June Qualls' Obituary
Roma June Qualls, 87, a resident of Wyandotte, Oklahoma, passed away at Grandwood Assisted Living in Grove on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Roma was born in Wyandotte on April 8, 1938, to Sam and Alice M. (Harris) Hildebrand. Mrs. Qualls married the love of her life, Orval Qualls, in January 1960 at First Baptist in Commerce. As the family settled in the Miami area, Orval and Roma became very active in the Real Estate and Insurance Business for many years. She was preceded in passing by her parents, Sam and Alice Hildebrand, her brothers Norman Hildebrand and Frank Hildebrand, and sisters Pauline Keffer, Ola Mae Ward, Georgia Gettle, her son-in-law Marty Taylor, and sister in law Florence Hildebrand.
Surviving family members include, her daughters Carrie Taylor of Wyandotte and Janet Webb and her husband Johnny of Miami, her son Randy Qualls and his wife Ronda of Wyandotte, Brothers Sam Hildebrand and his wife Delores of Claremore and Marvin Hildebrand of Wyandotte, her eight grandchildren Valerie Howard, Stephanie Taylor, Jessica Rice, Ashley Gleidt, Nathan Webb, Tiffany Garner, David Qualls and Amy Qualls, along with twenty-one great grandchildren.
Graveside Services for Roma will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Wyandotte Cemetery, with Brother John Webb officiating. Services have been placed in the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
