Robert Don Paul Jr.'s Obituary
Robert Don Paul Jr., 60, of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Beloved Son of Robert Paul Sr. and Nadine Paul born July 23, 1953 in Miami, Oklahoma lost his courageous battle with leukemia April 29, 2014 at the J.C. Montgomery VA Hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma with his family by his side. Besides proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps Bob was employed by DECO as a Federal Officer. Bob is preceded in death by his father Robert Don Paul, Sr., his maternal grandparents, E.C. and Carrie Lister, paternal grandparents Jack and Ruby Paul, cousin Steve Phillips and Pauline Wood. He is survived by his wife of Forty-two years Debbie Stone Paul, son J. Justin Paul (Glenna), daughter Robin Paul, four grandchildren all of Tulsa, his mother Nadine Paul, sister Patti Paul Abercrombie and nephew Christian A. Paul all of Chickasha, aunt Jimmie Paul of Duncan, uncle Don Lister (Cora) Blanchard, uncle Jack Paul of Huntsville, Alabama as well as numerous cousins and his beloved companion “Gunny” who never left his side.
Services are Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the Cooper Memorial Chapel at Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service Miami. Interment will follow at Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery. Military rites will be provided by the United States Marine Corp’s Funeral Honors Team. Services have been placed in the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
