Rilla M. Slichenmyer's Obituary
Rilla M. Slichenmyer, 68, of Welch, OK passed away December 31, 2016 at Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO after of sudden illness. She was born June 9, 1948 in Vinita, OK to Ivan Wayne Morgan and Rhetta (Robinson) Morgan. Rilla was a caring, loving person. She was non-denominational in her faith, and was an ordained minister. She ministered in Assembly of God and Pentecostal churches, and anywhere else she felt called by the Lord. She is preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Allen, Bob, and Walter Morgan; 1 sister, Betty Humphrey; and one great grandson, William McDaniel. She is survived by her daughter, Debra Satterwhite of Petersburg, Alaska; son, Allen Seaman and wife Darla of Afton, Okla.; 2 sisters, Frankie Penn of husband George of Tulare, Calif, and Cherry Bunn and husband Doug of Magalia, Calif.; 6 grandchildren, Michaila Shaw and husband Danny, Rachael Satterwhite, Glen Allen Seaman, Heather Lee Edwards, Adam McDaniel, and Tiffany Spicer; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the Thomas Funeral Home, Welch.
