Mrs. Rayma Faye Gaston passed from this life at the age of 60 years on March 4, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Rayma was born August 27, 1950 to her parents Raymond and Shirley Greninger in Miami, Oklahoma.
Rayma was born and raised in Miami. She graduated from Miami High School and then went on to receive her LPN license in nursing. Rayma worked for St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa for many years. She and her husband Gary Gaston were married February 14, 1981 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They both were members of St. Matthews United Methodist Church of Tulsa. Rayma loved the holidays. She enjoyed reading, movies and camping. Branson, Missouri was one of Rayma’s favorite vacation destinations.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years: Gary Gaston of the home, Her Son: Jeremy Gaston of Tulsa, Ok, Her Daughter: Sabrina Gaston of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mother: Shirley Greninger of Miami, Oklahoma, Her Brother: Raymond and wife Souix Greninger Jr. of Pryor, Oklahoma, Her Sister: Debbie and husband Bill Tyler of Houston, Texas, Her Nieces: Tisha and Tiffani Tyler of Texas, Her Nephews; RC and Deacon Greninger of Pryor, Ok, and a host of other nieces and nephews, relatives, longtime friends and neighbors.
Rayma is preceded in death by her father: Raymond Greninger in 2000.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday March 8, 2011 at Immanuel Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Glen Abbey Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday evening from 6-8 PM at Immanuel Baptist Church in Miami.
Pallbearers serving will include; Billy Jackson, John T. Miller, RC Greninger, Jim Johnson, Michael Duniphin, Cecil Greninger, Honorary Pallbearers include: Deacon Greninger, F. Dean Gaston and Rev. Larry Gaston, Darlene Hughes.
