Randy Scott McEntire's Obituary
Randy Scott McEntire, 60-year-old Afton, Oklahoma resident passed away Saturday March 2, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Randy was born on July 5, 1958 in Torrance, California to C.E. and Scotty Jane (Scott) McEntire. After high school Randy worked many years as a truck driver.
Randy was an avid sports fan and watched about everything that came on ESPN. But he favored Baseball especially when the St. Louis Cardinals played. Randy also enjoyed horse races. He loved to dance and going to dinner but above all he loved spending time with his wife and spending a little quite time at home.
Randy is preceded in death by his father C.E. (Mac) McEntire, his grandparents, C.J. Reese and Brittney Blackfox. And his beloved dogs, Buddy, Roxie, and Shorty.
Randy is survived by his wife Barbara of the home, mother Scottie Jane Sanchez of Vinita, a sister Shanna Gann of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and brothers Tom and Steve McEntire both of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Randy is also survived by five children, Amanda McEntire, Thad Hessee and wife April, Dawn Hollon, and Ronda Farrell and husband Jimmy, and Kortnei Cox; seventeen grandchildren, Jade, Blythe, Matt, J.J., Channing, Catelyne, Taylor, Tanner, Tuesday, Chance, Kevin, Naz, Chase, Brendon, Rider, Brionna, and Dean; six great grandchildren, Brett, Carson, Logan, Lawton, Lane, and Georgia; and one great great grandson, Liam Hollon.
A memorial service for Randy will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday March 7th 2019 at the Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami, Oklahoma.
