Randy Leroy Blair's Obituary
Randy Leroy Blair, 70, a resident of Commerce passed away at his home on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. Randy was born in Welch, Oklahoma to Carl Black. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. After returning from the military he worked for years as a handyman.
There will be a private burial at the Northeast Oklahoma Memoral Veteran's Cemetery in Commerce. Services are under the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
