Patricia Louise Neil's Obituary
Patricia Louise Neil, a lifelong resident of Welch, OK, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, March 9th, 2026. She was 80 years old.
She was born December 16th, 1945 in Miami, OK to Carvel Lee (Stu) Parker and Betty Louise McAffrey. She was a graduate of Welch High School.
On December 1st, 1962, she married the love of her life, Robert (Bob) Neil in a ceremony at the Welch Christian Church. They made their home in Welch where they raised their three children.
Patricia worked over 45 years at the NEO Medical Center where she was involved in every aspect of the office. She was a longtime active member of the Welch Christian Church where she served in many areas. For many years, she was a part of the church quartet. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, and crappie fishing.
She is preceded in death by her father C.L. "Stu" Parker; two siblings, Beverly Kays and Dr. Roger Parker; and a nephew, Stratton Lake Parker.
She is survived by her husband, Bob; son, Rob Neil of Miami; 2 daughters, Diana Snow and husband, Dave of Tulsa, and Denise Neil of Oklahoma City; her mother, Betty Parker;1 sister, Becky Stewart of Monkey Island; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
A visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2026 at the Welch Christian Church. Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Greg Highsmith will officiate. Burial will follow in the Welch Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Brian Callahan, Jason Kays, Kelly Smith, Jay Ratcliff, Parker Kays, and Kade Ratcliff.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Welch Christian Church.
