My dear, dear friend Pat,
From the 1st day we met at sewing class in Jan.2005, we became sisters. You always saved a seat for me across from you and everyone knew not to sit there!!!! When our sewing store closed you continued to drive all the way to my home every week and my sewing room became our sewing room. You taught me so much and together we laughed, cried, sang and praised God together, and you and Rick talked politics and faith. We had so many, many wonderful days together. To this day I can just imagine your grandmother saying something to me as she did to you when you were a little girl and she was teaching you to sew. When you didn't get the stitching right, you told me she would say “take it out little girl, take it out”!! Tell her thank you because she taught me too!!!! You shared so many stories that you had to make a family tree for me so that I could remember who belonged to whom!! And I so looked forward to your stories and funny sayings!!! You were always an inspiration to me with your love and devotion to your whole family. You were so happy every time you told me you all filled a whole pew or even two in Church. You were so loved my dear friend and I know without a doubt we will be together again.
Bye for only a short time. Your forever friends, Linda and Rick Staebler
