From the Williams family, we were so blessed to live across the street from you all and to listen to Neil talk to Caleb about dinosaurs from the badlands. We were blessed for Cathy and Neil to take wonderful care of Abigayle when Warren and I would have to work weekends and Neil may have been one of the most compassionate and caring men that we ever met and that legacy carries on with his family. God bless you all. We are sorry we can not be there. We love and miss you all. RIP Neil. Shannon, Warren, Caleb and Abby.

Oh Kathie, I am so sorry for your loss. I treasure the times Neil and I would lead the singing before the 8:30 am service. While my heart is sad, I know he is "preaching to the choir".
