I have known Max for many years.� I first met him when I worked at Quapaw Casino in the off track betting.� I continued to see him throughout the years at later jobs, walmart, commerce football games, etc.� I always made a point to say hello and give Max a hug.� I genuinely cared for him.� He always asked how I was, where I was working.� It made my day every time I saw him.� He told me he loved me and I told him I loved him back and I truly meant it.� The last time I saw Max was not too long ago at the doctor.� He told me he had been in the hospital for a while and had found out he had cancer.� I could tell he had been sick as he had lost a lot of weight.� I could tell Max was scared and upset.� He told me he was scared to die.� That made me so sad.� I haven't seen Max since, but I am sure going to miss him.� I am unable to make it to the funeral service, but wanted his family to know, if they didn't already, that Max was a wonderful man and will be missed by many, including me, very much so.� May Max rest in peace.
