Mary Lou Rogers' Obituary
Mary Lou Rogers, 73, of Chetopa, KS, passed away at her home, early Saturday morning, September the 7th, 2024, after an extended illness.
She was born October the 10th, 1950, in Poplar Bluff, MO to Harold and Rose (Porter) Wilson.
She graduated from Poplar Bluff High School. She owned and operated the Caboose Club in Neelyville, MO for 35 years before retiring. She attended the Community Bible Church in Chetopa.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her stepdad Glen Porter; and two brothers, David and Junior Wilson.
She is survived by three children, Brentley Rogers and wife Sheryl of rural Welch, Timothy Rogers of Mill Valley, CA, and Genelda Rogers of Chetopa; a sister, Karen Deboard of Pocahontas, AR; three grandchildren, Ashley, Stephen, and Ryan, all of Aurora, MO; and five great grandchildren.
In keeping with her wishes, no services will be held.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas & Chenoweth Funeral Home.
