Margaret Virginia Herrel's Obituary
Margaret Virginia Herrel, 95, a resident of Miami passed away at Miami Nursing Center on Saturday, November 10, 2018. She was born on September 20, 1923 in Miami to Chester Arthur and Doretta Joan (Reichman) Greninger. She worked as a Machine operator at Pattersons. She married Arthur Herrel on November 20, 1942 in Batrope, Texas. She enjoyed collecting recipes, cooking and sewing. She and Arthur enjoyed fishing together and going out on the boat. Mrs. Herrel was preceded in passing by her parents Chester and Doretta, her husband Arthur, two grandchildren and three siblings.
Survivors include her children Larry Arthur Herrel and his wife Louise of Tulsa, Eddie Leroy Herrel and his wife Nancy of Green City, Michigan, six siblings, five grandchildren nine great grandchildren and thirteen great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
Services for Mrs. Herrel will be 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Hudson Creek Church with Reverend Jerry Jones officiating. Interment will follow at the Fairland Cemetery under the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
