Margaret Louise Allen's Obituary
Margaret Louise Allen, 88, of Belton, MO, passed away October 31st, 2023 at Belton Regional Health Center after an illness.
She was born in Belton on July 17th, 1935 to Harry Miner and Bertha (Bosley) Miner. She was a graduate of Miami High School.
She was married to Jimmy Ray Allen and they made their home in North Miami, OK. She worked many years as a waitress. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, and putting puzzles together. After completing a puzzle, she would glue them together and give them as gifts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy, on August 28th, 1999. Others preceding her in death are her parents; two daughters, Bertha Allen and Jamie Shoemaker; a brother, Herman Miner; her sisters, Ethel Grazier, Betty Robinson, and Lela Brown; and a grandson, Bruce Saccucci.
She is survived by two daughters, Ozella Stauch and Hazel Adair, both of Kansas City, Kansas; two siblings, Hazel Rupe of Grove, OK and Linda Grube of Miami, OK; eleven grandchildren; several great and great great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a service at a later date at GAR Cemetery in Miami, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
