Marcia Jo Evans' Obituary
Marcia Jo Evans, 68, of rural Chetopa, KS, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday morning, October 21, 2017 at her home. She was born in Columbus, KS on September 11, 1949 to Robert A. Evans and Barbara Jo (Hale) Evans. Marcia was a member of the Kellville Church. She worked a number of years as a beautician. She was skilled in the arts and enjoyed drawing and painting. She is preceded in death by her parents. Those mourning her loss include her daughter, Dana Johnson and husband Brian of Miami, OK; a son, John Joseph Wolfe of Chetopa, KS; and three grandchildren, Tiffani Jo Thompson, and Aidan and Payton Johnson. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at the Fairview Cemetery, east of Chetopa. Rev. Raymond Whetstone will officiate.
