Lindia Louise Hedstrand's Obituary
Lindia Louise Hedstrand, age 82, died Thursday, December 5th, 2013, at Integris Regional Health Center in Miami. She was born March 22, 1931 at Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Elias and Sarah (Sharp) Golden. She had worked in security at Hughes Aircraft in California, before moving back to Oklahoma, where she was assistant manager at the Iron Skillet Restaurant in the Petro Station. She was married to Wayne Bradley. Later, she married Allen Hedstrand. She had moved to Oklahoma in 1984, coming from Huntington Beach, California. She is survived by a son, Jeffery Hedstrand and wife, Tessie of Fairland, three daughters; Cheryl Benton of Afton, Dona Beehler and husband Gary of Fairland, Sandra Stephenson and husband Gary of Afton, three step-daughters; Linda Almquist and husband, Jim of California, Kathy Rocha and husband Phil of California and Cindy Robins and husband Ray of California, a sister; Josephine Sullivan of Wyandotte, and 18 grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents, husbands, a daughter Brenda Burris; a step daughter, Joy Moore, a brother; Howard Golden, a sister; Hazel Golden, three half-brothers; Ellis Golden, Cecil Golden, and Charles Nimrick, and a half-sister: Ellen Golden. Family visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Monday, December 9, 2013 at Adcock Funeral home.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Adcock Funeral Home Chapel in Fairland, with Rev. Mark Gamber officiating. Pallbearers will be Kenny McKinzie, Shane Beehler, Jason Beehler, Larry Benton, Tommy Volden, Billy Burris and Jeffery Hedstrand. Burial will be at Ottawa Indian Cemetery.
