Katherine Yvonne Ross' Obituary
Katherine Ross, 63, a resident of Bernice, Oklahoma passed away at Eastwood Manor in Commerce on Sunday, January 5, 2025. Katherine was born on May 27, 1961 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Carmelita Fair and Robert Hayes Ross. She graduated from Tulsa Will Rogers High School and then Tulsa Community College where she received her Associate Registered Nurse. She worked at Saint Francis for twenty-seven years before moving to Bernice. Katherine was known to be a little opinionated loved to let everyone know. She was an animal lover, but more than anything she loved her grandson Jaxson.
Katherine was preceded in passing by her mother Carmelita, and a sister Theresa Lee Ross.
Survivors include her father Robert Ross and his wife Cindy, her children Katie Hover, Heather Spaulding, a step sister Franchesca Porter, her grandchildren Jaxson Ross and a granddaughter soon to come.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2025 At Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service’s Chapel in Afton.
Services for Katherine will be 2:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2025 at Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service Chapel in Afton, Oklahoma with Reverend Jarrod Kendall officiating. Interment will follow at the Ballard Cemetery in Bernice under the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Afton.
