Karey Good's Obituary
Karey Good, 51, a lifetime Miami resident passed away Friday, December 25, 2015 at Integris Baptist Regional Health Center. She was born on September 24, 1964 to Doug and Phyllis (Lynch) Smith. She attended Nursing School at NEO A&M College in Miami and later went on to work at St. John’s in Joplin for several years before going to work at Freeman Health Systems. She married her husband of twenty years on May 2, 1995. She loved being outside, whether in was in her flower garden or out hiking or fishing but most of all she enjoyed her grandchildren. Karey was preceded in passing by her son Christopher Good.
Survivors include her parents Doug and Phyllis Smith of Miami, her husband Bill Good of the Home, her sons Dexter Kelley, Derek Kelley and Aaron Good, a sister Corina Harper, and a nephew Chase Harper along with her five grandchildren. Karey is also survived by her many friends and co-workers.
Services are 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 2, 2015 at First Assembly of God in Miami with Reverend Raymond Frizzelle officiating. Services have been placed under the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
