Jeri Lynn Captain, 61, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
She will be cremated and no formal services will be held.
Her ashes will be buried in Walker Cemetery, Welch, Oklahoma.
