Jacqueline Brewer's Obituary
Jacqueline Brewer, 91-year-old Miami, Oklahoma, resident passed away on January 10, 2019, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Jackie was born on July 8, 1927, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to George and Eunice (Enyart) Captain. On December 14, 1946, she married Harlin Brewer in Commerce, Oklahoma. They were married for 72 years. Jackie was a member of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe. She retired from Security Bank, where she worked as a teller for 53 years. She also enjoyed going fishing.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, George and Eunice Captain and one daughter, Deborah Bryant.
She is survived by her husband Harlin, of the home; one daughter Paula Forbes and husband Mike of Miami, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Stacie Mellen, Stephen White and Justin Forbes; one step grandchild, Matt Forbes; and 3 step great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at 10:30 am, at First Christian Church in Miami, Oklahoma. Interment to follow at Baxter Springs, Kansas.
