Howard Ray Foreman's Obituary
Howard Ray Foreman, 89, of Miami, Okla., passed away Wednesday, June 9th, 2021, at his home, while surrounded by his loving family.
He was born September 3rd, 1931, in Baxter Springs, Kansas to Clyde and Pauline (Banning) Foreman. On September 3, 1959, he married the love of his life, the former Linda Carnes. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy for four years. He retired from B.F. Goodrich after working for 33 years. He then worked for the Ottawa County Assessor's Office for ten years.
He loved his family dearly and enjoyed every minute with them. He also loved hunting, fishing, building cabinets, planting a big garden, and OU football.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Mickey Foreman; and a sister, Delores Skaggs.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda, of the home; a son, David Foreman and wife Kelly of Miami; two daughters, Jennifer Morgan and husband Galen of Miami, Lauri Rabel and husband Ron of Miami, and a bonus son, Jerry Weisinger of Grove; two siblings, Joe Wilson and Judy (Wilson) Perry; eight grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, June 13th, 2021, at the family home. Family and friends are invited to attend.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Thomas & Chenoweth Funeral Home in Welch.
