Georgia Dell-Pat Sherard's Obituary
Georgia Dell-Pat Sherard, 91, a lifetime Miami resident passed away on Monday, September 9, 2019. Georgia was born on March 17, 1928 in Miami to Alva and Gussie Louise (Hannehohn) Clevenger. She graduated with the Miami High School Class of 1946. Georgia was a longtime member of the First Christian Church where she was very active. She also played bridge and spent time crocheting.
Mrs. Sherard is preceded in passing by her husband Herbert Sherard who passed on Thanksgiving Day in 2009, her daughter Sandra “Sandy” Sherard, and three brothers Eugene Clevenger, Leroy Clevenger and Lee Uto Jr.
Georgia is survived by her nieces, nephews and cousins and her many close friends.
Graveside Services are 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery in Miami with Pastor Brian Brubaker officiating. Services have been placed in the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
Georgia had asked that memorial contributions be made to First Christian Church or to Integris Hospice.
