Floy Nell Gregg's Obituary
Floy Nell (Mays) Gregg, 73, a resident of Quapaw, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023. She was born on July 27, 1949 in Cushing, Oklahoma to Robert Leslie and Floy Nell (Carter) Mays. Floy worked as a teacher and reading specialist and taught English as a second language. Floy traveled the world teaching students in Ecuador, China, Taiwan, Hawaii and lastly in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She loved teaching, art, gardening and antiquing. Mrs. Gregg was preceded in passing by her parents, and a brother Tom Mays.
Survivors include her daughters Shanon Buckingham, Jacquellyn Peery White and Burgandy Fletcher, along with her grandchildren Jake Shaver, Trent Shaver, Rosy Buckingham, Leo Buckingham, Luke Buckingham, Derrick Fletcher, Elysa Fletcher, Kaitlin Fletcher and Veronica Fletcher.
Services are pending with Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
