Florene Brumley, 82, a longtime resident of Miami, Oklahoma, passed away at Windridge Nursing and Rehab, on Sunday, July 26, 2026. Florene was born on September 9, 1943, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, to Jess and Holland (Hines) Smith.
There will be a come and go visitation from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M., on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami, Oklahoma. Graveside services for Mrs. Brumley will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Bluejacket Cemetery.
