Ethel Hoops' Obituary
Ethel Hoops, 63, of Waynesboro, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, March the 4th, 2025, after an illness.
She was born June the 20th, 1961 in Colorado to Paul Raymond Hoops and Bertha Lue (Stillwell) Hoops.
Ethel and her family resided in Colorado before moving to the Chetopa, KS area. She worked for the Parsons Army Ammunition Plant and later, for JC Penney sewing blue jeans. She also served her church as a nursey worker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Velda.
She is survived by two brothers, Del Hoops and wife LueAnn of Grove, OK, and Bill Hoops and wife Sue of Watsontown, PA, along with seven nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March the 12th, 2025, at Lake Creek Union Cemetery, Bartlett, KS. Bill Hoops will officiate.
