Esther June Grube's Obituary
Esther June Grube, 68, of Miami, OK, passed away Monday evening, April the 6th, 2026, at Eastwood Manor in Commerce, OK, surrounded by family.
She was born February the 2nd, 1958, in Miami to Jess and Pearl (Arnold) Mahurin. She attended Picher-Cardin Schools.
Esther was a housewife. Raising her children and tending to her home brought her great joy. She loved watching TV, listening to gospel music, and helping with church activities. She was a member of Faith Tabernacle in Commerce.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Grube; her parents; four siblings, Larry, Floyd, and Lloyd Mahurin, and Martha Hopkins; and a granddaughter, Jacklynn Grube.
She is survived by two children, Melissa Yandell and husband Brad of Miami, and Junior Grube and wife Tamra of North Miami, OK; four siblings, Patsy Sargent, Junior Mahurin, Donald Mahurin, and Patricia Mahurin; three grandchildren, Marissa Yandell and husband Ben, Wesley Grube, and Jada Grube; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April the 18th, 2026, at Faith Tabernacle in Commerce. Pastor Danny Showen will officiate
Esther was entrusted to the Thomas & Chenoweth Funeral Home in Welch.
