Dennis Alan Craig's Obituary
Dennis Alan Craig, 65, a resident of Fairland passed away at Freeman Health System in Joplin, Missouri on Wednesday, August 4, 2021. Dennis was born on July 1, 1956 in Monett, Missouri to Ray and Martha (Fisher) Craig. Mr. Craig worked for years as an over the road truck driver before driving more local routes. He liked working outside, his cattle, which he raised Registered Angus or driving a tractor in the hay field. Dennis also loved to go hunting and fishing. Mr. Craig was preceded in passing by his wife Pamela Craig and his father Ray Craig.
Survivors include his mother Martha Craig, his children Shannon McKinzie and her husband Kenny and Scott Craig and his wife Felicia all of Fairland, along with her grandchildren Dillon McKinzie, Haleigh McKinzie, Cameron Nolen, Ryder Craig and Riley Craig and one sister Karla Palmer and her husband Ken of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Visitation for Dennis will be 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Monday, August 9, 2021 at Hudson Creek Baptist Church.
Services will follow at 2:00 PM with Reverend Jerry Jones officiating. Interment will follow at the Fairland Cemetery under the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
