Deanna L. Keeton's Obituary
Deanna Lea Keeton, of South Coffeyville, Okla., passed away February 19, 2020 at the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center, after an illness. She was 70 years old.
She was born December 8, 1949 in Fall River, Kans. to Wayne Glover and Irene (Morgan) Glover. She was a high school graduate. On March 2, 1972, she married to love of her life, Floyd Dwight Keeton. She worked a number of jobs over the years, most recently for Cessna Air, but none she enjoyed more than working on the farm.
She was a joy to be around. She loved to cook, and she greatly enjoyed visiting with friends and neighbors. She was a faithful member of the Pleasant View Church of God in rural South Coffeyville.
She is preceded in death by her parents
She is survived by her husband, Floyd; a daughter, Joni Keeton of rural South Coffeyville; a son, Joseph Keeton of Ft. Worth, Texas; two siblings, Glenda Johnson of Eureka, Kans. and Ronnie Glover of Fall River, Kans.; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will greet friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, February 24, 2020 at the Thomas & Chenoweth Funeral Home in Welch. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tueday, February 25, 2020 at the Pleasant View Church of God in rural South Coffeyville, Okla. Pastor Gary Murrell will officiate. Burial will follow in the Keeton Family Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Clint Johnson, Jason Nichols, Mark Nichols, Matthew Keeton, Timothy Keeton, and Richard McAfee.
