David Allen Rhodes' Obituary
David A. Rhodes, 49, of Wyandotte, Oklahoma passed away at his home on Saturday, June 3, 2017 surrounded by his family. David fought a courageous battle with cancer the last two years. David was born in Castro Valley, California on December 27, 1967 to Ron and Ginny Rhodes. David was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church of Arlington, Texas. David was an Extruder Operator for Print Pack in Grand Prairie, Texas, where he was employed for twenty-two years. He was known as big Daddy by his co-workers. David loved his family more than anything.
He is survived by his sons Jon Rhodes of Dallas, Chris Rhodes of Joplin, Missouri, his daughters, Makenna Rhodes and Hannah Rhodes both of the home. Additional survivors are his parents , Ron and Ginny Rhodes, his two brothers Michael Rhodes and his wife Ellen of Lincoln, California and Clinton Rhodes and his wife Anne of Frisco, Texas along with his uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and Nieces and many friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM at Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami. Interment will follow at Fairland Cemetery.
