Damion Wayne Childers' Obituary
Damion Wayne Childers, 47, a resident of Miami, Oklahoma passed away at his home on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Damion was born on June 11, 1977, to Ottis Childers and Nancy (Leader) Fortner. Damion attended Miami High School. He worked as a plumber from the age of fourteen. When he was not working Damion enjoyed listening to music, fishing, hunting, cooking, grilling out, and spending time with his animals, friends, and family. Damion is preceded in passing by his parents, Ottis Childers and Nancy Fortner.
Those left to share the memory of Mr. Childers include his son, Hayden Childers and his wife, Stormi, of Grove, daughter, Hannah Childers of Miami, brother, Clint Childers, and granddaughter, Z’owey Rhayn Childers. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service to assist in the cost of the funeral service.
