Clarence Ray Fair's Obituary
Clarence Ray Fair, 92, of rural Bluejacket, OK, passed away Sunday, October the 13th, 2024, at Integris Miami Hospital.
He was born February the 27th, 1932 in the Centralia area of rural Craig County, Oklahoma. His parents were Robert and Ora (Price) Fair.
Clarence proudly served his country in the United States Navy. In 1971, he married the former Gloria Wirth in a ceremony in Covina, California. He worked as the Maintenance Superintendent for the City of Salton City, CA. He also worked for Neill Aircraft in California as a blueprint reader.
He was an avid motorcycle rider for many years. He loved to repair and tinker with them in his spare time. He also loved to build mini-bikes.
Clarence is preceded in death by his parents and twelve siblings.
He is survived by Gloria, his wife of 53 years; one step-daughter, Patty McInroe of Lubbock, TX; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October the 17th, at the Bluejacket Cemetery. Pastor Dan Weiser will officiate. Military rites will be conducted by the American Legion Post #147, Miami, OK.
Services have been entrusted to the Thomas & Chenoweth Funeral Home.
