Charles Anthony White's Obituary
Charles Anthony "Tony" White, 59, of Wyandotte, OK, passed away unexpectantly at his home Wednesday, July the 17th, 2024, after a sudden illness.
He was born August the 10th, 1964 in Ponca City, OK to Charles and Mary (Johnston) White. After receiving his education, he entered into the workforce. He worked many years as an iron worker, a millwright, and an underwater welder.
He had so many friends, and once he befriended you, he was a friend for life. He loved time spent with family and friends, music, fishing, horses, and hunting for arrowheads.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and a granddaughter, Ava White.
He is survived by two daughters, Tonya White of Miami, and Megan Filsmyer and husband Derek of Grove; a sister, Lisa Longaberger of New Orleans; seven grandchildren, Jade, Justice, Zane, Emmarae, Justin, Elliott, and Austin; two nieces and one nephew; and longtime companion Vicki Butterfield.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at 12:00 noon on Monday, July the 22nd, 2024, at the Grove Community Center. They invite all that knew Tony to join them.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Thomas & Chenoweth Funeral Home.
