Chance Eugene Sandusky's Obituary
Chance Eugene Sandusky, 28, of rural Welch, Okla., passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 in Nowata County, Okla. He was born June 24, 1990 in Claremore, Okla. to Curtis Sandusky and Melanie (Frerer) Miller.Chance was a graduate of Welch High School. He also attended Coffeyville Community College where he obtained his Associates of Science Degree. He was employed as a ranch hand, a job he enjoyed to the fullest. He loved rodeo's, riding bulls, and riding and caring for horses. He was so much fun to be around and was a good friend to so many.He is survived by his parents; four brothers, Kiowa Miller of Bernice, Justin Durhan of Owasso, David Marquez and James Marquez, both of Los Angeles; three sisters, Cierra Miller of Welch, Nina Kinzie of Edna, Kans., and Isabelle Eubanks of Phoenix, Ariz.; his grandparents, Mike and Judy Frerer, Vernon and Norma Sandusky, J.D. and Phyllis McCartney, and Jim and Judi Stallings; two nephews, Jack and Dylan Kinzie; as well as numerous friends.A visitation will be held at the Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Welch from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, July 26. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 27, at the Welch Civic Center. Greg Highsmith will officiate. Burial will follow in the Stone Cemetery in Diamond, MO. The casket will remain closed.
