Carrie Ann Steele's Obituary
Carrie Ann Steele, long time resident of Bluejacket, Ok left this life and went to her heavenly home on Monday, July 14th 2014. Carrie was born on Sept 16th, 1968 in Bremerhaven, Germany to Wade and Sharon Davis. She attended school at Bluejacket Public Schools and graduated in 1986. Carrie was married to her High School sweetheart Gary Steele of Bluejacket in December of 1988. She is survived by her husband Gary and her two children, Matt Steele of Bluejacket, and Nicole Steele of Bluejacket, her parents Wade and Sharon Davis of Bluejacket and her two brothers, Wes Davis of Quapaw, Ok and Jason Davis of Grove, Ok, along with nieces and nephews that she greatly loved. Carrie was a devoted mother and wife. She was adored by numerous students and staff she worked with at Bluejacket Elementary School. Carrie enjoyed being a friend to so many in the community, shopping with her mother and daughter, and spoiling her nieces and nephews. Services are being directed by Thomas Funeral Home of Welch, Oklahoma. Visitation will be Thursday July, 17th at the First Baptist Church of Bluejacket from 7 p.m. To 9 p.m. . Service will be held on Friday July 18th at 10:00 a.m. in the Bluejacket gymnasium. Interment will follow at the Bluejacket cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Jeremy McCabe, Justin McCabe, Kyle Carzoli, Koty Pahukoa, Mark Chamberlain, Mike Langley, Shawn Christian, and Jeremy Poole. A memorial fund has been set up in Carrie's name at the Welch State Bank.
