Bruce Higgins' Obituary
Bruce Higgins, an eighty year old Fairland, Oklahoma resident passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026 at Freeman Health Center in Joplin. He was born on November 11, 1945 in Stillwell, Oklahoma to Clyde and Cynthia (Perry) Higgins. Bruce was an educator who worked as a teacher, counselor and principal. Mr. Higgins was preceded in passing by his parents, and his wife Joyce Ann Higgins.
Cremation Services have been placed in the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairland.
