Beverly Francis Speers, 80, a longtime resident of Miami passed away Wednesday, July 09, 2014 at Eastar Health System in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Mrs. Speers was born on January 29, 1934 in Fremont, Missouri to James L. and Mary Smith.
