Bernice Anne Ropp's Obituary
Bernice Ann Beachy Ropp, 45, of Fairland, Oklahoma passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family after a three year battle with cancer. Her strong faith in Jesus gave her a very cheerful and positive attitude through it all. She was born March 6, 1969 to Elmer and Millie Beachy in Richland Center, Wisconsin. On October 22, 1988 she married Lynn Ropp. She delighted in caring for her husband and children. Her sunshine her last few months was her grandson Blake.
Bernice is survived by her husband Lynn Ropp, five children Lyndon Ropp married to Jarica, Ryan Ropp, Rachel Ropp, Karina Ropp, Eric Ropp and one grandson Blake Ropp all of Fairland, Oklahoma, her father Elmer Beachy, one sister; Mary Lane (David) Byler of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, six brothers; Larry (Ellen) Beachy, Dominican Republic, Ronnie (Michelle) Beachy, Kokomo, Indiana, Phil (Jen) Beachy Bonners Ferry, Idaho, Danny (Linda) Beachy, Bonners Ferry, Idaho, Dennis (Liz) Beachy, Eldorado Springs, Missouri, Owen (Jenny) Beachy, Bonners Ferry, Idaho and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother Millie Beachy and a sister Dorinda Hostetler.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 16, 2014 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM then 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the Grand Lake Mennonite Church in Fairland.
Services are 10:00 AM Monday, November 17, 2014 at Grand Lake Mennonite Church in Fairland with Mr. Mark Yoder and Mr. David Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Grand Lake Mennonite Church Cemetery in Fairland under the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairland.
