Archie was born May 14, 1931 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Floyd Edward and Nina Belle (Spears) Neill. He was a graduate of Welch High School. He married Betty S. Keithly on December 14, 1987 at the Lavern's Wedding Parlor in Miami. The couple made their home in Welch where Archie worked for Neill Feed Lot for many years before retiring. Layton of Welch; and a host of friends. There will be a visitation for family and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2012 at the Thomas Funeral Home, Welch. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the Welch Christian Church with Minister Brad Canham officiating. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
