Ace B. Wyrick's Obituary
A.C.B. Wyrick passed away on April the 15th, 2013 at Quaker Hill Manor in Lowell, KS. He was 89 years old. He was a resident of Fairland, OK since 2000 having come from Wyandotte, OK. He was born January the 13th, 1924 to Andrew Jackson and Lillie Viola (Cope) Wyrick in Wyandotte, OK. He was a self-employed carpenter and farmer. He married Florence Marie Hopkins on October the 31st, 1947. She preceded him in death on February the 28th, 2006. He then married Betty Moore on June the 29th, 2007, she survives of the home. He attended the Faith Pentecostal Church in Miami, OK. Mr. Wyrick is survived by his wife, Betty, of the home; one son, Darrell Wyrick and spouse Kathey of Miami, OK; one daughter, Colleen Friend of Seneca, MO; four step-sons, Gary Moore of Neosho, MO; Ronald Moore and spouse Laura of Neosho, MO; Dale Moore and spouse Jo of Neosho, M0; Shawn Moore and spouse Rebecca of Neosho, MO; two step-daughters; Pamela McCutcheon and spouse Mack of Norman, OK; Rebecca Ferrell of Neosho, MO; and one sister; Norma Cunningham of Seneca, MO. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren; 24 step-grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and a host of step-great-grandchildren. Mr. Wyrick is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife; eight brothers; two sisters; and one great grandchild. A visitation will be held Thursday, April the 18th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Faith Pentecostal Church in Miami, OK. Services will be held Thursday, April the 18th, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Faith Pentecostal Church in Miami, OK with Bro. Roy Scribner and Bro. Mike Stephens officiating. Interment will be at the Ottawa Indian Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the Adcock Funeral Home at Fairland, OK.
