“Brown-Winters, and before that Cooper Funeral Home, have assisted my family with final arrangements & funeral services for over sixty years. Although born & raised in the Fairland/Miami area - I now live in Texas. Needless to say, the majority of my interactions with the Brown-Winters representatives are over the phone or via text/email. Most recently we had the pleasure of working with Tyler Johnson in the Miami location. Tyler & the B-W staff helped us with the design/procurement of multiple headstones, coordination with the cemetery officials for memorial placement/burial arrangements and assisted with posting of our loved one’s obituaries to their website. Tyler was timely, professional - and most importantly - patient with us, as we navigated the process. Even with a very tight timeline - and the complexity of our requests - Tyler showed great empathy/understanding for our situation, communicated realistic expectations in an honest manner & constantly kept us in the loop with status updates. All of our expectations were met. Thank you Tyler & kudos to the entire Brown-Winters operation. Wishing you many years of success!”

“Honest Review* I can’t Thank Jeff Brown and his entire staff enough on their attention to details, professionalism and their GENUINE HEARTS ❤️ Of helping us through such a hard time. They were sooo good , that I took it upon myself to hop on google after the service today to take time and rave about them. Jeff and his team worked around the clock to make the service as smooth as possible, he would answer my texts in all odds of the hour just for us. Our ever changing requests, and last minute add- ons. He was honest , patient and kind throughout the process making sure each of my family members were heard and always taking the time to explain. Him and his team made my uncle service be memorable for the whole family. We were honestly so pleased on how he went above and beyond for them. A true GEM 💎!! Good Honest people with big Hearts.
