Virginia "Claudine" Schoenhals

Virginia “Claudine” Schoenhals of Miami, Oklahoma passed away on January 17, 2022 at Bartlesville Health and Rehab, Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was 90. Virginia Schoenhals was born December 16, 1931, in Fairland, Oklahoma to Phillip Joe and Anna Marie (Cook) Gress. She retired from Eagle Picher and was an Environmental Engineer. She was an avid reader. She was very social and loved visiting with friends and family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Anna Marie Gress, her husband, one brother Marvin Gress, and three sisters, Ruth Crabtree, Edith Gress and Cleo Edwards and a son Gary Roy Shoultz. She is survived by two sons Steven Ray Shoultz and his wife Susie of Miami, and James Allen Shoultz and his wife Lorene of Dewey and a daughter Judy Ann Simmons and her husband Bruce of Miami and one sister, Calista Hawkins of McAlester, Oklahoma. She has nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. A visitation is scheduled for Friday, January 21, 2022 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami. Services will be Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service’s Chapel at 5 B Street NW in Miami with Reverend Terry Warren officiating.
