Sandra Kaye Brown

July 2, 1950 - March 21, 2022

Sandra Kaye Brown, 71, a life long resident of Wyandotte, Oklahoma, passed away at her home on March 21, 2022. Mrs. Brown was born in Claremore, Oklahoma on July 2, 1950 to Antoine and Alice Chase (Young). Sandra was married to the love of her life Jerry Brown for fifty years before his passing. Mrs. Brown had many hobbies. Some of which included Peyote Beading, crocheting, and arts and crafts. She was a very hard worker and loved plants and animals. She was known for always having a good sense of humor and was a giver of gifts. Above all else she loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Brown was preceded in passing by her parents, Antoine and Alice Young, Husband, Jerry Brown, brothers Earl and Tom Chase, and sisters Betty Moore and June Merriman. Those left to share Mrs. Brown memories are her Step-Daughters Lissa Thulin and her husband Terry of Topeka, Kansas, Melanie Funk and her husband Brian of Miami, Oklahoma, brothers Lee Chase of Rio Vista, California, Sonny Chase of Fairland, Oklahoma, sisters, Alphagene Laughlin of Neosho, Missouri, Mary Coleman of Wyandotte, Oklahoma, Pearl Chase of Wyandotte, Oklahoma, Sharron Deal of Baxter Springs, Kansas, Melisa Polk of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Marie Panter of Wyandotte, Oklahoma. Mrs. Brown’s grandchildren include Dustin Thulin, Wes Thulin, Tabitha Wood, Jacob Bilinski, Jeremy Funk, JoLinda Brannon, Ja’ce Cook, Jessica Whitsett, along with sixteen Great-Grandchildren, and one Great-Great Grandchildren. Mrs. Brown’s wishes were to be cremated and her care has been placed with Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Miami, Oklahoma with services to be announced at a later date.
